Club Membership Update & Renewal

Requirements & Deadlines

In accordance with the ASFA Constitution, By-Laws, and current policies, all affiliated clubs are required to annually submit their updated officer roster. This must include current mailing addresses, the name and address of the designated Club Liaison, and the club's official website. This information and your annual dues must be on file on or before May 1st of each year.

This form must be entered by an officer of the club and NOT the ASFA/Club Liaison.

All form fields must be filled in and payment received for this to be a valid club membership renewal.

Reminders

• An applied club must renew its dues each year as do Affiliate and Member clubs.

• An Affiliate club must submit a completed Membership application, meet all current requirements, and have the ASFA Board of Directors vote to approve the request before Member status is granted.
